The process of getting a document worked on is as follows:

• Click the "Upload Document" button to submit your file(s) for a free quote.  For best results please scan at at least 300dpi and save as a tiff or png file.  

• You will be contacted by email with the quote within 24 hours.  The email will also give a turnaround estimate. 
• When finished, you will be sent an email with a link to view your document to approve before payment.
• You will then be emailed an invoice.  All payments are handled through PayPal so you can pay will a credit/debit card or PayPal.
• Once payment is received, you will then be emailed a link to access your document for downloading (all files are saved on Google Drive).  You will have 14 days to download the file.

For prints of your document(s) we encourage you to visit your local printers.  If you prefer an online service then we suggest using us.whitewall.com.  We are in no way affiliated with whitewall.com.
