You can visit our North Adams Location in The Computer Bug at 60 Roberts Dr, North Adams, MA or submit a digital copy of your photo(s). If you bring your photo(s) to The Computer Bug location, you will still receive a free quote and you will get a free physical print of the restored photo(s).

The process of having a digital photo(s) worked on is as follows:

Click the "Upload Photo" button to submit your photo(s) for a free quote. For best results please scan at at least 300dpi and save as a tiff or png file.

You will be contacted by email with the quote within 24 hours. The email will also give a turnaround estimate.
When finished, you will be sent an email with a link to view your photo to approve before payment.
You will then be emailed an invoice. All payments are handled through PayPal so you can pay will a credit/debit card or PayPal.
Once payment is received, you will then be emailed a link to access your photo for downloading (all files are saved on Google Drive). You will have 14 days to download the file.

For prints of your photo(s) we encourage you to visit your local printers. If you prefer an online service then we suggest using us.whitewall.com. We are in no way affiliated with whitewall.com.

Please keep in mind that it is impossible to accurately quote a photo restoration or retouching project without first seeing the condition of the original image.
